UFC Confirms UFC 78, Tickets Going On Sale Reported By

UFC confirmed months of online speculation by announcing that UFC 78: Validation, its November 17 pay-per-view event, will emanate from the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey.
The promotion has not announced any fights, although Spencer Fisher vs. Frankie Edgar, Karo Parisyan vs. Hector Lombard and Joe Lauzon vs. Jason Reinhardt are all rumored for the show. UFC was trying to put together the anticipated TIto Ortiz vs. Rashad Evans rematch as a UFC 78 main-event.
Tickets go on sale to UFC Fight Club members at 10AM on Tuesday. Newsletter subscribers can order on Thursday using the password "ROGAN." The general public can buy starting on Saturday morning.
