MMA Sensation Sokoudjou Set For UFC 79 Reported By

UFC announced Thursday that Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou will fight light heavyweight standout Lyoto Machida at UFC 79.
Sokoudjou, nicknamed "The African Assassin," rose to immediate stardom after back-to-back knockout victories over the heavily-favored Antonio Rogerio Nogueira and Ricardo Arona.
Machida, an undefeated competitor, most recently defeated Kazuhiro Nakamura.
The two will fight on the televised undercard of UFC 79, which features Matt Serra vs. Matt Hughes and Chuck Liddell vs. Wanderlei Silva.
